Great day. Sumo felt fast and light. When 495 flew up I knew I could gun for a large pr today. PR'd at 525 which was hard but I'm a greedy bastard. I threw on 545 and failed it right at the top. So I waited 5 mins and tried it again and got it. I'm kinda mad that I didn't throw on those tiny 2.5ers just so I could have a nice round 550, but that's just my OCD talking.

Fuuuuuck. I am so worn out mentally and physically right now it's not even funny. It's to the point I am actually disliking going to the gym each time. I need a deload so bad, but I can't afford to since I need to cut weight in the next 4 weeks and I don't want to be cutting weight while not lifting and losing all my gaynz. So I'll just have to tough it out for the next month. Luckily my strength isn't going down at all, it's still going up in fact. But it just feels like I have to use all my strength like goku charging up a spirit bomb for every rep.

Deload week. This will be my only workout of the week. I'm having bad back pain right now. It's like insane muscle tightness in my lower back. I am not even close to touching my toes when I do a seated toe touch stretch. I don't know what caused it. It started on Monday or Tuesday, more than 2 days after my last workout. It is painful/uncomfortable when I am laying flat on my back to sleep. I have no idea why could have caused it.

Well I've been having an extended deload because I really felt beat up. Also, I fucked up my wrist badly and hurt my leg in a slow-pitch softball league on Sunday. My wrist is in a damn brace with a severe sprain and possible ligament damage. But the deload worked; mentally, I was amped to be back in the gym but physically I'm still f'ed up. All things considered, I pushed it hard today and was happy with my results. I'll probably try to start my next cycle next week, but somewhat light. Then I will push back up to 100% the following week after that when I get back from Vegas.
