Well I've been having an extended deload because I really felt beat up. Also, I fucked up my wrist badly and hurt my leg in a slow-pitch softball league on Sunday. My wrist is in a damn brace with a severe sprain and possible ligament damage. But the deload worked; mentally, I was amped to be back in the gym but physically I'm still f'ed up. All things considered, I pushed it hard today and was happy with my results. I'll probably try to start my next cycle next week, but somewhat light. Then I will push back up to 100% the following week after that when I get back from Vegas.
