A good day today. Another pr and this time it is for my sumo. Finally, I can pull more than I can squat. Now I feel a bit more normal. I got a 20lb pr and I still thought it felt easy. I think I could have easily added even 50 more pounds for a true pr. But I figured if I felt this good today, then I am doing something right and I shouldn't let my ego get the best of me and I cut myself off.
