So all in all, today was pretty good considered i lost 5 lbs on accident.

Awesome, be sure to drop that in conversation with overweight people and girls. Keep emphasizing how careful you have to be not to lose too much weight, since it can drop off so easily. :icon_twis

Haha people would look at me crazy if I did. Most non-training people look at me and think I am huge. They don't know what big actually is. So I would prefer to not make people think I a bigorexic lol

Just got my order of bulk dmaa, and I got to say I really like. Nice and cheap to take 60mg and 300mg caffeine. It's not too crazy and gives a nice clean boost of energy.

I felt good today. Both of my final sets of bench and squat could have gotten an extra rep or two but I kept them at 3 since I'm starting my 5 day split this week.

A good day today. Another pr and this time it is for my sumo. Finally, I can pull more than I can squat. Now I feel a bit more normal. I got a 20lb pr and I still thought it felt easy. I think I could have easily added even 50 more pounds for a true pr. But I figured if I felt this good today, then I am doing something right and I shouldn't let my ego get the best of me and I cut myself off.
