hell yeah finally a PR. Weight loss has really slowed down the last month. At one point over a month ago I weighed in at 264. So not much progress, but I’ll take it. Have really ramped up the deficit in the last week. Hoping at this pace to break in to the 250’s some point later this week or next week.

Quit the diet for the time being. It’s been over 7 months now and down a little more than 50 lbs. so taking a break a bit and enjoying the success so far. Been taking advantage of it and eating my vices like 4 bowls of Cinnamon Toast Crunch in a row. Probably will start up again next week and go for the goal of about 240 lbs. need to get it over with early in the winter so I can then start maintaining and actually have energy during ski season.

Well I guess I started already. Wasn’t planning to start until today but I’ve been losing weight apparently without trying. But I did stop taking creative a week or two ago, so maybe I’ve just lost water weight? Also been dealing with low blood pressure issues recently. I feinted one my bathroom yesterday and bruised up my head. And today’s working I was feeling light headed the whole time. Sucked. So lowered training maxes a bit for today. And still failed last sumo set. Really felt some crazy low back pump and stopped. Not sure how to go forward. Have been losing weight to get healthier and do more endurance activities. But today definitely proved that is not the case despite lower BW on the scale. Just said fuck it and cut workout short after SOHP.

Kratom usage getting in the way of important things the last few weeks. So quitting that cold turkey also with today as day 1. Withdrawals not yet quite as bad as I expected. Just restarting the 531 cycle again at 5’s.

Went full hog wild up at the parents place all weekend for Thanksgiving. I’m showing 4lbs heavier than when I left on Wednesday. Reengaging the diet tomorrow. Need to start upping the conditioning now that ski season for me is about a month away.
