I'm running with a new concept on deads. Get stronger by not doing them. Its a pretty awesome concept.
So what will you do? Add a lb to your total for every day you don't deadlift?

As long as we don't get graphic representations of your "heavy sets" i'm okay with this.

I fixed this a hair.
I would really like to be able to do 100x10 at some point cleanly. My little bird arms just don't have it in them at the moment.
