I started training my younger brother when he was 11. Nothing crazy, mostly db shoulder presses, goblet squats, rows, pushups. I knew he'd get a bit stronger, but wasn't trying to put on crazy muscle on his frame. Mostly focusing on technique and consistency so as he approaches puberty hell already have a good starting point. As he got older we got a barbell and started doing squats and deads. Now hes 18 about 6'0 200 lb and has respectable numbers
