Do you think maybe they should find out what it is they're protesting before trying to obstruct law enforcement? It's not dishonest, it's a matter of fact that protesters were so against ICE that they were protesting while they were busting a child sex trafficking ring. About of half of illegal immigrants file Federal Tax returns. The employers portion of Medicaid and also all of the SS are not refundable and the immigrants can not collect on the SS. They also pay sales taxes, property taxes, and income taxes at the local level.

Believe it or not, the fact that illegal immigrants pay into the SS trust fund but can not claim the benefits is one of the things that is keeping SS solvents.
