Yeah, he was rocked. Most of the follow-up punches were grazing, Izzy's head was moving. That's how he defends himself.
He never went down.

If this was a prelim or a an amateur fight, sure, for a title fight the stoppage shouldn't be early.

Alex was very very tired, maybe he finishes the job, but the ref should let a fight of that magnitude have a decisive outcome.

We have seen many many times where a guy looks done and grabs a single leg and survives.

Izzy stopped fighting back. Usually you let them go down and get put out but that's if they are fighting back, which Izzy wasn't doing. It's a good stoppage. Just saved Izzy from taking extra damage, he was done. You don't want to be a punching bag for someone with punching power like Pereira, that can be permanent damage or worse.

What the fuck? His left hand is nothing special aside from its speed. He never sniped guys with it (unlike Conor), it was rather one dimensional (always thrown to the head and never hooked), and it was used to flatten mostly grapplers like Dan Henderson, Matt Lindland, Rich Franklin. He got owned by a far better left hand in Kelvin Gastelum. No one who has done any striking training would make those claims of yours.
