I think Mitchell taps them both.

I would pick him to beat both, however I rate Tuckers ground game as marginally superior. His movement and timing is impeccable and makes basic grappling exciting for the first time since Maia.

Hooper has the best Hail Marys but if you remove those he easily places third for me.
