Bro, I just wanna say how happy I am to see such great progress, and most importantly, seeing someone do it while actually enjoying the process. Back when I first chimed in on your first thread you were 285 and struggling. Now you're teetering around the 250 mark, and it looks like you're going to be seeing the 240s next year.

Diet: Roast Beef, Lots of bread, tangerines and mango. ~3400 calories.

Exercise: Walking 120 minutes, Weights 45 minutes.

Total Deficit: ~300 calories.

Genuine Thank you, Serious. It means a lot, honestly weight loss is a tough cookie, when you have more than 30 pounds to lose, and when people notice or give your positive reinforcement - it affects mood tremendously. I am planning to be in 240s next week though haha, that's what Fierce meant.

Since we are both in Toronto, you are welcome to come party with us next next weekend if you are up for this, or just come to pre-party at my place - it's right next to Sugar Factory. It would definitely be interesting to talk to you.

Day 1 of Death Week.

Diet: 1253 calories.

Exercise: 3+ hours of walking, 45 minutes of weight lifting.

Total Deficit: ~2800 calories.

Note: Had a bad dream about my ex-girlfriend. Damn.. Good news is that motivation is through the roof. It is time to ride the "wave" and go for another 7-day challenge.

I will be aiming for 3000 deficit each day. Time to break through 250lbs barrier, it's been a month. I will cap my 7 day journey with a kick ass weekend, so there is something to look forward to.

Death Week Day 2 (Day 260): 250.2 lbs.

Diet: 2114 calories.

Exercise: Ended up going to party sober despite bum knee. Specifically wore my RedWings so I don't shuffle....still shuffled a bit. Whatever.

Dancing ~30 minutes.
Mingling 2 hours at the club.
Walking: 4+ hours including night walks. Listened to so much good music.
Weights: 30 minutes, light.

Note: Strange day. Feel good today, but was a little bit depressed yesterday because of bad dreams and such.

Note2: I feel I passed 250 lbs mark. Going to go nuts for the next week or so.
 
Death Week Day 3 (Day 261): 249.8 lbs. Leanest that I have been since 2010. Fck, can't wait till I get to 235.

Diet: Veggies - 667 calories. 2 coffees.

Exercise: 3 hours walking, shopping. 50 minutes weights (light).

Note: Got a good haircut.. looking good, not as handsome as when I was 220 back in my teens, but I am getting there. Attention levels...rising.
Note2: Day was as "fck yeah!" as it gets.

Day 5 (Day 262): 250.4 lbs

Diet: 1532 calories. Surprisingly a lot of calories. Didn't check the damn calorie count on mixed frozen veggies.

Exercise: Weights - 40 minutes. Walking 60 minutes (damn it's cold now). Ski machine - 30 minutes.

Notes: Mirror-wise, I slimmed down, however, the scale is still acting weird. Ate too many veggies before bed, I guess. On the plus, side - had a great colon cleanse today.

Apathy has settled in unfortunately - can't make myself do anything except surf the web and walk listening to music. Can't even play games, or watch movies. Everything seems to annoy me. Oh well, this is common with big deficits. Need to hold out 3 more days till Weekend Partying.

My leg is healing up, I think doing a little bit of biking helped.

Damn. Unfortunately, could not fall asleep and starting to feel sick...not again, damn it!

Death Week Day 6 (Day 263): 253 lbs. Go figure. Mirror tells me another story.

Diet: 1612 calories. Was walking around, suddenly had an urge to wee, the nearest thing was a family owned rest. Came in, asked for coffee, they said they don't do take outs. I felt guilty to ask to use the bathroom, so opened the menu, pointed randomly at the middle - turned out to be a steak sandwich with fries. Said "fck it", ordered and ran into the washroom. T'was delicious.

Exercise: Walked a lot today. I am starting to Tan ( slow and nothing crazy, just don't want to be that pale ).

3 hours walk, 1 hour ski-machine.

Total Deficit: ~2500 calories.

Note: Not sure if this is good or not, but frozen veggies are barely digested by me. Probably won't buy another pack.

Note2: Tried 2 Nicotine Gums today.... got pretty high. Now I know why so many people smoke - always puzzled me. Didn't like it though, too disoriented and weak.
 
Death Week Day 7: 250.5 lbs. Funny, right?

Diet: 1543 cals. Clean and healthy..except the booze.

Exercise: Walking 60 minutes, Weights - 45 minutes. Been dribbling medicine ball alone for 5 minutes hah. I miss basketball, played it for 10 years, but it got boring after MMA exploded into my life.

Total Defict: 1750 calories

Note: Weight still exactly the same, despite the effort. I will get a bit tipsy and have a medium Epsom Salt Bath to flush the water. Tomorrow is party, however, due to my leg I will go easy. Still, it gives you something to look up to, makes weight loss easier.

Note2: I feel I am around 247-248 at the moment, if not for fluid build up. Let's see.

Note3: Not going to slow down after tomorrow. Feel pretty good so far, ate too much cereal though.

Day 266: 241.8-246.9 range.

Diet: ~2300 calories.

Exercise: 4-5 hours of solid dancing. Somehow my leg got better. No issues there. Shuffling-wise, I am pretty good right now.... unfortunately, that skyrocketed the times I have been approached by gays. It's even worse if you try to be nice, and not outright homophobic. Well, that's part of clubbing I guess. Getting much more with girls right now, although, a lot of them are intimidated by my size. Also sweating hurts quite abit haha.

WAlking - 1 hour.

Total Deficit: ~4200 calories.

Note: Going to get into Cutting shapes now, that's kind of next level from shuffling, I have been doing that instinctively anyways. My hand work improved a lot too. Learned how to use legs and arms as counter balance to pull me in or out of a move.

Diet: Granola, roast beef, potatoes. 2601 calories.

Exercise: Walking ~130 minutes. Weights: 40 minutes (I realized I have been lifting, upper body only quite a lot lately).

Notes: Party again today. Dropped to much weight yesterday to miss it. Had excellent resting day today. Very relaxed.

Note2: The more weight I lose, the more motivated I get... and the less satisfied I get with my physique. Still, I am in a very healthy body fat range right now
