Day 243: 254.3 lbs.
Diet: ~3400 calories.
Exercise: Light weights, 45 minutes.
Surplus (after edit) : +800-1000.
Note: Didn't sleep well last night - 800 calories is way too little and should be eaten before bed in my case to sleep normally.
Planning to get back to partying for several weekends. I had to say, insane workouts and diminished appetite are sorely missed from my regimen.
Edit: Shit, underestimated my calories by around 800, because I forgot about morning meal. Walked about 30 minutes more though.
