I understand the sentiment, and i do agree to a certain degree.
The thing is you cant change the past, at this point in time we are well past that window where the jews could have another homeland. While i think the palestinians should be absorbed up into israel as full citizens, I can also see the problem with this as some of them are in favor of jewish genocide or just islamic extremists.

What the palestinians shouldnt do is random terror attacks and firing missiles all over the fucking place, targeting civilians. All the goodwill they could have gotten as the weak part in this conflict goes straight out the window when you do shit like this.
Also the palestinian leadership knows how it will end, its always the same cycle. Israelis starts some small time fuckery-->terror attacks-->israel completely destroys them with lots of civilian casualties-->rest of the world says you got to stop fighting-->cease fire is signed-->both sides claim they won.
The palestinian leadership is one built on the blood of their own people, using casualties wich could have been avoided to galvanize and radicalize more and more palestinians, while at the same time alienating other nations who would have no choice but to take their side if they took a more pacifistic aproach.
If you want to fight, at least target military targets exclusively.

The israeli leadership on the other hand take advantage of the palestinians predictable reactions to run roughshood over them without catching to much flak from the international community. Some times i wonder if the palestinian leadership takes money from the israelis, since the level of stupidity that they show at times is hard to fathom in grown ups.

All in all its one giant clusterfuck, caused by religion and a hunger for power and lands. But its been clear for several years, that the conflict wont end until the israelis have taken the entire territory, piece by piece. And they way the palestinians handle things the last years doesnt give them alot of goodwill.
When israel has absorbed all the land, where will they go? What will happen to them? As the weak party they need to try something new, like no terrorism and stop calling for the jewish genocide, since what they have been doing since israel was created doesnt work at all. Best path they could try to take is probably to try and get absorbed into israel, as 2nd rate citizens at this point. But that takes humility, sacrifice and swallowing alot of pent up frustrations in the name of future generations. Or I guess they could apeal to one of the other islamic countries in the middle east to take them, but I think thats even less likely than israel absorbing them.
Sure, it may seem mighty unfair, because it is, but when life gives you lemons....dont put your hand in the lemonade blender, make lemonade.

Also if people think this post is pro israel, you have got it wrong. Fuck israel, and fuck palestine as well. Rip to all the innocents who have lost their lives in this conflict because of greed, stupidity and religion.

Agreed, the Palestinians have to understand that Israel is going no where and they will never ever get the 67 borders again, demanding that is a non starter to any negotiation. After that they have 3 choices:

1) Status quo where Likud will take more land and humiliate them some more, they get mad and riot and launch rockets, Israel beats them down. Rinse and repeat for decades to come.

2) All out war where they throw everything they have at the Israelis, accept no cease fires and get destroyed.

3) Make peace and accept what you're given

If they want their children to have a chance I hope they choose 3 but it sounds like those fuckers Hamas would rather see Gaza burn then give up.

I don't think that it would be going full retard to say that for the past 50 years Israel or at least Likud and the hard core Zionists have been the primary instigators of this conflict. They have 600k settlers in the West Bank and East Jerusalem and it doesn't look like they're slowing down. This isn't a war by any means, it's an ass kicking where the Israelis are wearing steel toed boots and the Palestinians are barefoot. The Palestinians have committed atrocities themselves and are in part responsible for the situation they are in; but they are living in hell, desperate and I don't blame them for trying to fight back as any of would in their situation.

It depends, reprisals in the laws of war are extremely limited as they commonly breach the rights of non-combatants; there also must be proportionality between the offence and reprisal.

This is much more of a situation of settlers vs indigenous people, than of religion. Except, some of the settlers are descendants of indigenous people who were separated from their land and wanted to go home. All of the problems stem from British colonialism and the things which British colonialism established in the region. Every "Legal" argument which creates hell goes back to legaleeze that the British imposed. The solution is to empower all indigenous people. Those long standing natives and the descendants of the natives who were separated from the land.

I’ll admit the media was much much more pro Palestine in the reports I listened to and social media as well. There was a lot of framing done to ensure wholeheartedly the listener or reader would understand Israel’s role of oppressors and Hamas, sorry, Palestine’s role of the oppressed.

Edit: which is exactly what Iran wants, this type of campaign to achieve popular support for/against an agenda is asymmetrical warfare... and Iran does it very well.

The weaker side in a war have been leveraging for public approval for a lot longer than BLM has existed. Hamas absolutely steered the narrative of reporting coming from Gaza. This is something Palestinians have been doing for a long time. Do you think those random baby cribs and toys near a bombed out building was happenstance? Do you think as many children died as claimed? These numbers were offered by Hamas.

The narrative set by Hamas’s media wing to attract the attention of liberal westerners has not just started. This is asymmetric warfare and this is how Iran wins against Israel without direct conflict. None of this occurred randomly or in a vacuum. Hamas was given orders to execute the attack by the handlers in Iran. Really, 6 houses and a protest on a holy site was the breaking point to fire a coordinated attack of 200 rockets? This cycle of the Israelis taking more, the Palestinians fighting back and then getting their asses kicked, rinse and repeat every few years needs to end.
