NHL 24/25 - Still did better than Vancouver

Lol, was watching the Stars OT at work and my stream froze with the puck just sitting there in the middle of everyone, I thought "Fuck, is no one gonna get that?", and when it unfroze there was just a sad Avs fan staring at me with a goal horn blaring.

Entire Oilers fanbase has been calling for Skinner's head/replacement all season. To the point that it has been a constant point of contention in the local sports media and Bowman has had to respond to it many times. Bowman should be fired if Skinner is the reason the Oilers go out. I wouldn't blame McDavid if he ends up leaving either.

The Oilers D contributed to a lot the goals last night though.

I think Skinner earned a bit of a reprieve from last year's playoff performance. After being their albatross for a few years, he was there when it mattered.

Overall, he's still a bit of a question mark, but what can you do? If Chicago could ride with Crawford as long as they did to great success, there's no reason Edmonton can't with Skinner. They've got enough firepower to mitigate having a somewhat wildcard of a goalie.

Blackhawks defensemen were alot better than Oilers though
