I remember going to minor league games in Wichita, and one of the things the players would practice when everyone was leaving the ice was the bank shot into the empty net. It actually started a lot of fights lol.

this rutger mcgroarty guy (now that's a name) rage quit the jets because he wanted nhl time and they didn't think he was ready for the nhl yet so they sent him down to the minors, and he no longer wanted to play for the jets and refused to sign with them so the jets traded him to pittsburgh in exchange for brayden yager, and then pittsburgh sent him down to the minors last week after being point-less in his first 3 games, and then the penguins got to play in winnipeg and then this happened.

It was WILD lol, Devils are pretty disappointing so far. Markström hasn't played well except for maybe two games and was a huge reason they lost to the Wings yesterday, meanwhile Talbot had a great game...

Fun stuff. I'm looking to go to the Hawks/Wings game coming up. Hoping to see Kane and DeBrincat back on Chicago ice, and I'm going to try not to cheer in the stands if/when they score. I haven't actually had to struggle with my Hawks and Wings fandom like this since I was a kid in the '90s when I was loving my Roenick/Amonte Hawks while also loving Fedorov and the Russkis
