NHL 24/25 - Still did better than Vancouver

The state of Canada's goaltending is so sad.
In other countries they focus on explosive athleticism whether they are tall or not, not size and drilling position to a fault.
For a while, overfocus on size and positioning worked, but shooters find weaknesses, and a style can't adapt like a great athlete can.

Askarov is one of the best NHL goalie prospects and they would NEVER let him play the style he does in Canadian juniors. its kinda like how the ducks are trying to force Zegras to play defensely. They basically clipped his wings and his confidence and swagger are gone

I remember when the Zegras/Habs rumors were happening during this past draft and I got so excited. He most definitely needs a change of scenery.

sens beat the panthers. they looked pretty good. i think the sens, sharks, and utah will have improved seasons. curious to see if bedard and the blackhawks will take a couple leaps forward this year

Celebrini is just special. Whooooohooooooooo

I channel surfed and actually watched a bit of the first period before I had to go out. That assist was nice. Was very surprised the Sharks had the lead end of the first... Going to be a long season if that shots against number stays up there.

He had a lot of TOI too from what I saw

Up 4-1 after 2 periods. We shat the bed so bad in the 3rd that Amber Heard is suing for copyright infringement

Sharts got them knights prospects though. Dickinson hat trick

canucks are still on pace to lose 82 games in overtime this season after blowing a lead in the game 82 times.

still better then the oilers, who have yet to score a goal this week. they are still on pace to lose 82 games, score 0 goals, and get scored on 492 times. save some suck for the rest of us edmonton.

That will change tonight lol. Chicago's defense is awful and it's the 2nd of a back to back.

edmonton is now dead last in the league, and they are still very well on pace for 82 losses this season. the only way that the oilers will ever be at the top will be if the standings are determined by how much suck a team has.

Edmonton was 2-9-1 in the first 12 games last season and finished with a 49-27-6 record. I thought they were cooked and they rebounded pretty well lol

Oilers to trash Flyers in next game surely? Hattrick to McDavid and Drai.
What you think @helax ?
