    The legs of Tom Platz speak for the efficiency of 20 rep squats. I mean holy shit.
    Although The Tom platz vid is more impressive strenght-wise, the other feat must be very mentally hard.
    Very very likely Platz was juicing, dunno about the other guy.

    so what would be the benefits of doing 20 reps? strength? hyperthrophy? power? im thinking that it'll work your muscular endurance or something

    its outside the optimal rep range so that's why i thought it'd be for muscular endurance. im still a newb so im probly wrong though

    20 rep squats are an old school weight gain routine. They will pack slabs on your lower body if you eat a lot and drink milk.
