No, @Sano was on the nose. I don't think Kulinski is (exceptionally - we all are to an extent) misogynistic. I think he's being pedantic and a bit of a hack. My point is that Booker is right that female candidates receive excess criticism for social rigidity or perceived attempts to seem "cool." There's a level of artificiality or cheese to any and every politician: it's a necessary feature or byproduct of the job, where you try to seem comfortable when you're not and to put through your personality in a way that is charming. For politicians like Warren, Klobuchar, and Clinton, the backlash is consistently stronger than for Obama, Sanders, Buttigieg, etc.

I mean, look at how much Republicans harped on Clinton being fake and shit. Then compare that to Mitt Romney (!!!), the most fake and superficially inauthentic candidate in recent memory. To conservatives, he was basically the Fonz.
I mean if you’re calling him pedantic because Warren is a woman, then... I don’t see how thats not calling him misogynistic. Not a huge deal to me, not a hill I’d die on, tbh.
Romney vs. Clinton was obviously more political (and hypocritical).

OT: I like Kyle, but not a big show of his format, or his style. Everybody loves to be funny and thinks they are, he is not, and it’s annoying. Even Michael Brooks, who is legitimately hysterical at times, goes too far a lot of times.

In fairness to CNN(ugh, that makes me feel dirty), the headline is accurate. A 3% difference with margins of errors to consider, is not exactly "clear". It's pretty tight overall.
If Sanders was not at the top of that poll, the headline would be different. 100% guaranteed.

I'm calling him pedantic because he's nitpicking silly shit, and he's most likely doing it to Warren because she is a competitor to Bernie. If Bernie had done a little dance on stage, do you think he'd have made a video saying "stop embarrassing yourself because your shitty PR team is telling you to try to be cool"? But, regardless, I think it's undeniably apparent that female candidates get that kind of persona-based criticism more than male candidates.

Meh, I'm just going by what they screamed about and their integrity and conviction and blah-blah-blah for months that they abandoned. I get where you come from being a Hillary supporter, but compared to what they claimed, it was kind of a bitch move to me. Trump wasn't my favorite in the primary, but I was voting against Hillary no matter what so I get what you're saying.

I see it as "Thank God they came to their senses" and made a prudent decision no matter what they said beforehand.

Ahh, I see. My bad. He has picked on Sanders for not answering questions as well as he should and not being aggressive enough at the right times. I think he would pick on Bernie if he tried to pop and lock at a So.. Carolina rally. And it was a tweet, which was correct, not a video.

Right, but when have you ever seen them put NO CLEAR LEADER in huge font with a yellow background at the top of a poll in which Biden or Buttigieg is leading? Never. The point is about inconsistency, and how that inconsistency seems to always point in an anti-Sanders direction.

BTW, the guy responsible for the graphic and polling coverage is Harry Enten, a former 538 guy and Biden supporter. He's been trying to do damage control on his Twitter account since the poll came out.

in Manufacturing Consent, Chomsky described the phenomena as not deliberately lying, or asking people to lie, but that the kind of people hired for these jobs were the kind of people who would push the desired narrative on their own, apparently completely ignorant of the bias and dishonestly. That may have been true at some point, but there is no way that the MSM isn’t doing this deliberately today. Even a week or 2 back they ALL had the same positive coverage of Sanders out of nowhere. It was a deliberate, and seemingly orchestrated attempt to show that they weren’t biased against Sanders. But now we’re back to our regularly scheduled propaganda.

Yes. Try this method:

1) Youtube search the candidate's surname
2) Sort the results by upload date
3) Scroll. You should see some full town halls from the past few days.

Using that method, I found Bernard Sanders's latest rally, which was streamed 38 minutes ago:

Thanks, I'll check some out retroactively. Do you know if any of the candidates are live streaming these besides Trump though? If not I can search myself.

Source?

I think the video I linked you to above was from Sanders's own Youtube channel. Here is a link to that channel. I might be misunderstanding your question though.

My source for Enten's anti-Sanders, pro-Biden preference is my own observations of Enten, which started around June 2015.

I thought it was well known that a large number of these people are on the same mailing lists and coordinate.

Second half, thanks, not familiar with that dude.

You don't see that as super close?
CNN has covered 10s of polls this cycle, many of which had a smaller margin between #1 and #2 than this one did. I guarantee you they never put "NO CLEAR WINNER" at the top of the table when any other candidate was in the #1 position.

This is the only point I'd disagree with. He might have been a bit pedantic, but he's consistent. He admits he is biased, but if he really did think that Bernie was embarassing himself he would call it out. He has called him out on other issues before. Heck, he even called out and left the Justice Democrats over the Cenk dispute, a movement he co-founded and still supports. Kyle might not always be the sharpest tool in the shed, but he's principled and he has done a lot of good for left wing politics. One of the few guys who actually examine political issues instead of just using empty talking points.

In regards to his Warren tweet, I don't think it has anything to do with her being a women. Kyle pointed that out pretty well:

Right back to bullshitting without taking a breath.

And I am not shocked.

Making bizarre personal attacks following an indisputably true statement. And I am not shocked.

I'm continually struck by the unhappiness of Berniebots. It's as noticeable as their routine dishonesty.
