Round 3 is a ballot with all the candidates
Round 4 is the top 4 candidates remaining on a ballot
Round 5 is the general election ballot (2 candidates)

Just look at the sticky section during the week and you'll see when it's time to vote.

Have you ever thought about putting the registered voter list in rough alphabetical order? Not precise, just by first letter.

It would make names easier to find and cut down on double tags, I think.
