Elections 2018 Midterms: Polls, predictions and results.

Daddy defense set to overdrive!

Trump sounded like a bumbling alzheimer's patient.

Trump sounded like someone who would've liked to have picked up that podium and smashed Acosta over the head with it. Like I felt at that moment.

I got your "daddy defense" right here : <JonesDXSuckIt>

does anyone have any hope that since the rest of the GOP is meek cans, Trump may actually somewhat work w/ Dems?
to either A) actually get things passed in the next two years ( I also expect to him to name a female, centrist judge if the chance comes up. Not another Gorsuch) or B) deflect attention for superfluous investigations.....

I imagine there's a 5-10% chance of that happening, but I mean what if?

Rip, one thing I'm seeing from my evangelical (really not a fan of that word/term) peers in their early and mid 20s, is that my younger generation doesn't see Republicans as very pro life, and as such other issues become more important

Rs held the congress, senate, presidency, and a right leaning Supreme Court for 2 years and not a single thing was done to curb abortion, much less pass a full on pro life bill. We see the pro life speaches as obvious pandering for votes with no follow through once elected

Conservatives may have fought (and lost) in the past for pro life in tangible ways in the past, but since the 2000s we haven't seen it
Do you and posters like @Ripskater honestly believe that the Republican party cares about abortions or gods or any religion? Do you not believe they are just pandering to a maluable base?

@glenwo2 is this your "Liberal in 2016" impersonation? It's pretty good, to be honest.

You means he was triggered? Guess that's why that chick tried to come to his rescue and create a safe space for him.

I've been called many things.

"LIBERAL" is not one of them. <{outtahere}>

Don't know where you got that idea after all the posts I've put up in support of the Republicans(Conservatives). As far as "mockery" goes, that's a new one.

I'm sure "person with poor reading comprehension" has come up more than once, though.

So now you're saying I can't read. Wonderful. Anything else? <LordRoose>

EDIT : oh good. You're done with your horseshit. And guess what? Now *I'M* DONE with your horseshit. Say hello to the other Trolls over at Ignore-List Hotel, Pole-smoker.

I love how much libs are celebrating this win like "YAY now we get to see Republicans crying like we've cried every day for 2 years" and Republicans like "...um actually I have to help my daughter with her homework, then I'm going to bed because I'm going to head into the office early tomorrow and get a head start on those reports and..." lol

You can really see the difference in both sides. Conservatives aren't going to assemble in the thousands with masks and beat people up and destroy property. Nobody is crying or autistic screeching in the streets. The conservative realizes the Republicans still control Senate and have a President in the White House. Plus they have jobs and are productive members of society, and have more to their lives than politics. It really is humorous to watch.

So getting back on-topic here :

Does ANYONE know what the status of the Georgia race is?

Kemp should've won this a long time ago.

You also have libs here attacking posters for saying "mean things" about their little binky Acosta as well. Libs are pathetic all-around. <36>

No you'll just shoot up synagogues and mail pipe bombs to Democrats and then pretend like you are indeed the real victims.

I thought my post was pretty clear that in my opinion the Republican's pro life stance is nothing but pandering for Christian votes, and that it's becoming more clear to the younger generation than it is to the 40+s

I feel bad for your reading comprehension
