Elections 2018 Midterms: Polls, predictions and results.

What/who will the Democrats blame if it doesn't turn out well for them. My guesses.

1. Russians
2. Racist Republicans
3. Its too hard to vote

Here's an honest question. Outside of winning an election in and of itself, can you truly say the will of the people has spoken if the majority of those voting had to be near continually castigated by virtually every form of media and entertainment and their various celebrities to vote? If a few dozen people throw in the bulk of the millions or billions used by the candidate to campaign?

I think the Indiana seat flips from Blue to Red. All the latest polls have been very close and within the margin of error, so statistically the race is a toss up. From what I’ve seen online, Trump is getting massive crowds to show up at all the rallies he has thrown in IN the past 1-2 months too. Anyone here from IN? What are you seeing while driving around town? A lot of Braun or Donnelly signs?

Fairly even mix of signage really.

This post is mildly irrelevant given what is likely to be the outcome at the end of the day.

Keep in mind the tempered media spin on the size of the blue wave, which is based on the shocking result of the 2016 presidential race. Turnout for a midterm is WAY up. WAY UP. That doesn't sound like a good day for Republicans. At all. Seems the consensus is across the board that if the Dems flip 40+ seats in the house the Senate will likely go there way as well despite the shitty map.

I'm sure from the looks of your post you're a righty...better get your enjoyment today, because in the immortal words of Quinton Jackson, for you, tomorrow is gonna be "ugly day"..."crushed" is probably apt.

But hey, anything is possible.

Sure, but born and raised in the US. Have no idea how it feels to live in a 3rd world country.

That is very weird to criticize the place your people are from.

Ri fucking diculous. Kemp deserves to lose on this bs alone.

Have to agree. Democrats will leave everything on the field today. They will never, ever have a better chance to win at least one if not both houses.

Blue Wave>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Red Map

#3 is a real problem. Republicans in certain states are actively looking to make it hard for left of center folks to vote and in some cases like in Georgia it's flat out voter suppression.

Outside of that the left should be really motivated to vote.

It was around this time of day in 2016 when Democratic optimism peaked, once you get home from work the results start coming in for real, all the bullshit stops. Remember though, there are no bad outcomes with a democratic process.

I assume that Democrats are going to have a good day. That's how the cycle works.

Hillary Clinton isn't on the ballot, Trump is the only one out there to hate...and the hate is strong. It's pretty obvious the Dems are going to do very well.
