Bisping is like 3 weight classes above GSP naturally. A better boxer and great cardio. I really do not want to see this fight!!

So instead of fighting the number one contender in his division he wants to fight a guy from a division below him that has been inactive for four years and you don't think that's ducking? Lmao.

He is fighting the greatest combat sports fighter to ever fucking live! There will always be haters plus this is a money fight and he deserves it!

Legit lol
Oh fuck it. LET THE CIRCUS BEGIN!

Imagine this shit...Bisping can wind up with wins over 2 GOATs of the sport. He can then have a go at Jones as his last UFC fight, then go to Bellator to finish off Fedor. This would be the greatest, shittiest story of all time.

LMAO!!!!!

Just imagine he somehow, somewhere, makes that possible. Even just fighting agains JBJ would be hilarious as fck - him winning - OMG SHERDOG WOULD IMPLODE!!!!

Depending on where the fight takes place, one of them wins by split decision

GSP is only fighting Bisping because he think he has got better winning chance against him rather than Woodley or Wonderboy.

If GSP wins then I think he will ask for Johny Hendricks rather than Yoel because Yoel will way bigger than GSP.

Pure carny fuckery at its finest. At least McGregor was active during his jump up to fight Dos Anjos/Alvarez. GSP hasn't fought in such a long ass time. Bisping doesn't want any part of Romero and you know GSP doesn't want that either.

Bisping made it clear from day one that he knew he wouldn't beat anyone in the MW top 10.

This is like that era in boxing where you had faded former champions fighting each other like Felix Trinidad vs Roy Jones and Hopkins vs De La Hoya. It's a farce.

Seriously what the fck happens if GSP wins this? Fight with Silva, rematch with Hendricks? Cause the UFC sure as shit aint gonna let GSP walk into the octagon with some like Romero, Weidman or Rockhold on the other side, MW is looking like shit these days because of these championship match ups

I'm a huge GSP fan and i picked him to win based solely on the fact that i want him to win .
but if I'm being realistic I think he loses this fight , good luck to him tho .
Also as much as I'm happy he has gotten this opportunity, I'm also pissed that legit contenders like Jacare and Yoel have been overlooked .

this is just sad, the UFC has once again become a circus

This is one of those freak fights - retired little guy vs active big guy. It's possibly worse than Brock vs Mighty Mouse

We know that GSP can't hurt Bisping with strikes and we know he won't be able to hold Bisping down (Bisping has gotten up from under much bigger, stronger wrestlers).

This will be a one sided beating from the champion.
bisping isnt the first bloke youd associate with someone who gives out beatings

As for the fight itself, my predictions are as follows (bear in mind, I'm a big fan of Bisping and I do like GSP too):

- GSP wins a split decision, controlling Bisping for 3 rounds then getting a slight pasting for a round and a half, but not enough to earn Bisping the win.

- Bisping demands a rematch, or will retire unless he gets it. He doesn't get it, and retires.

- GSP fights Anderson Silva for the MW Belt, Dana claims it makes total sense coz "fans have wanted to see this fight for a decade" forgetting that it's a decade too late.

- Romero, Jacare et al threaten to walk and test the free agency and rightfully so.

Alternatively, GSP immediately vacates the MW Belt, claiming he felt 'too small' in there and faces the Woodley/Wonderboy winner; the vacant MW Belt is contested by two of Romero, Jacare, Rockhold and the Weidman/Mousasi winner (possibly a tournament for the belt).

He won't fight Wonderboy, as Firas said they go way back, and I'm pretty sure this is why he's not next in line for the WW title instead of the Bisping fight.
