I would love to have a cabin in the woods. Some place nice in the Canadian forest full of berries, herbs, fungi and tasty animals. That would be for retirement and it would only be a place that I would live at for a couple of months. Maybe a few winters for fun.

I would obviously stay linked to modern society. There's nothing wrong with that. It's the progressive hives you have to avoid.
