Now that the shift is towards heroin, we are getting more flown in to Pittsburgh, but the dealers and gangbangers are still from Cleveland.

I understand the difference between someone disagreeing with me and someone outright insulting me.

The problem is that, as informed as you think you are or as well-intentioned as you may be, you don't know shit about feminist ideology. I know that you said you took a Women's Studies course during your undergraduate, but that's hardly the level of acquaintance with the subject that you should have to say some of the stuff that you do. You, like so many people on the internet, take fringe examples of feminists to use as straw men to make grossly uninformed conclusions about the ideology, movement, etc.. Heck, if I formed my opinion of feminism off of internet anecdotes which primarily serve to rile up dumb men with thoughts of growing powerlessness, I would have the same opinions as you. But that's irresponsible.

I've written a bit on the ideology (my senior seminar professor didn't like the applicability of secondary research on Scandinavian economics, so I was initially pushed into it) if you'd be interested in exploring a different standpoint. My work was on the intersectionality of the ideology and its accommodation of and application to other social movements, so it might be in terms that are less offensive to you.

Seriously, I was referring specifically to the 4 posters you named. Maybe you're getting hammered while making good points, I don't know, but they generally just make better arguments and people get pissed at them. It was really an observation of what goes on in the War Room and I shouldn't have singled you out.
