What I don't understand is why we don't have video replay like in American football so stupid decisions can be reversed.

Lolz. I am semi rustled. Bosnian goal should have counted, and Nigerian goal was foul, so it shouldn't count.

Nigerian goal was not a foul. Bosnian defender tried to obstruct and then after he was beaten took a dive.

Thank you. That's hilarious. :P

there is a wide wide range of swear words/expressions in use on balkans (some say most diverse in the world)
that ref experienced all the standard high rage ones.

Unmatched by even the Hungarians and Finns.

Every goal should be confirmed by video replay, imo. They instituted goal line tech, and it's already confirmed a couple close calls. Time to add instant replay for the 2018 WC.

There was a lot of contact with the legs. Nigerian dude clearly hit the guys right leg tripping him up. No way it was a dive IMO.

Because that way fixing games would be a lot more difficult.

Easily the most corrupt sport in the world.

I think Bosnia is going to gas. Maybe even in the first half.

So the Nigerian player tripped the defender while dribbling the ball?

Uummm, m'kay.

You'll see it on the replay. The Bosnian guy tried to body block him when he got between the ball and the nigerian player and then legs collided and the Bosnia guy went down. You'll see a lot of contact, look at the Nigerian's knee going into the Bosnian guys leg.

I don't know the rules of whether that's just incidental contact and a foul or not or whatever, but no way it was a dive.

There areabout twenty off-on side or more situations per game, many of them, potentially goal plays. Are you going to stop the game everytime? Put some ads in too? Football is what it is, with the bad and the good.

That's incidental contact. The first move by the defender was obstruction.

Martin O'Neill smirching world cup winners and showing no hespect lol
