The point is, by the time you find yourself fighting an unwinnable war, you've already lost, so fighting like an animal is not going to help. What matters, is preventing ourselves from having to fight such wars, and continuing to be strong enough as a civilization so that we can uphold our moral values. Maintaining our military strength and making sure that we do not decay morally, etc.

This is true but let's not forget who we are dealing here....these people know they are not winning any war...they are here to inflict as much damage as they can...hence the term "suicide"

Nuke every holy site to the Abrahamic religions, begin the badly-needed population reduction of the planet with the worst ideologies first.
 
This is going to become a bigger and bigger problem. Especially as the potential caliphate in the Middle East is crushed.

Sure, smashing a caliphate-in-the-making might be a good idea, but not after flooding Europe with disgruntled peoples that might like to see a caliphate rise.

12-year old German-Iraqi boy suspected of having links to extremist group Islamic State (IS) tried to blow up a bomb at a Christmas market in the western town of Ludwigshafen, German magazine Focus reported on Friday, citing security and judicial sources.

The boy, born in the same town in 2004, was "strongly radicalized" and apparently instructed by an unknown IS member, Focus reported.

The suspect put down a backpack containing a self-made nail bomb at the Christmas market on Nov. 26, but the device did not go off because the detonator failed, it said.

A market visitor called the police after finding the backpack and specialists defused the device, the report said.

Police identified and arrested the boy, who is now in a youth detention center, the report said, adding that the Federal Public Prosecutor had taken over investigations on the charge of a serious act of violent subversion.

A spokesman at the Federal Public Prosecutor Office in Karlsruhe was not immediately available for comment.

No, but the overwhelming majority of people who are killed by terrorists are killed by mohammedans. I believe it's a ridiculously high number, definitely over 90%.
