Oh dude elephants are powerful beyond what most people comprehend. But they can only sustain so many cuts and a bunch of bears (much less than 100 even) are gonna be clawing the shit out of that thing from all angles. Once the thing starts bleeding with any significance it's gonna lose steam too.

You're assuming the bears don't just run away after the elephant fucks a few of them up, but like I said if they stay and all attack at once while surrounding him then yeah.

A wild, full grown male thrown into a UFC octagon, with a lid, against 100 men is going to freak the fuck out. The first dozen dudes are getting their faces torn off and probably numerous broken limbs. It would take a serious coordinated effort for 100 random dudes to take one down in a close quarter scenario. Even a pile on and that thing is gnawing faces for eternity. 40 guys are going fetal when they see another six guys with no face.

100 trained guys aware of their only option could probably do it. 100 randos with no training or previous understanding of what was about to transpire? No way.

10 guys who aren't pussies and the gorilla is totally outmatched. They would definitely maim or kill a few before gassing and being killed though.

Does it bite off 6 faces at one time? Look up videos of vicious animals mauling people, typically a few others will jump in and straddle the animal. Alot of times they fail to get it off, but the animal doesn't just fling everyone off left and right let alone kill them. Groups of 5+ rodeo clowns typically can subdue a raging bull. Which is much much stronger and more vicious than a gorilla.

Now a hippo, rhino, elephant, grizzly? Possibly barehanded people just wouldn't have any chance. But a gorilla??

I don't get why everyone's so obssessed with the gorilla for the animal in this fight.

100 humans vs a fully grown male grizzly bear is the real deal. Grizzlies are in a whole different category of dangerous compared to any primate.
