Felt a little pull on pec tendon on the first rep of 30 x 15 but it was completely painless and I didn't feel it any other reps. Hopefully, I didn't jump too much in weight for it. I'll see how it feels this weekend. I've had no issue with it before. Got a little bicep tendon soreness so I'm going to take a break from the curls for a bit, I think.
 
Walk - 25 minutes, 3.0 mph, 6% incline

Weighed in at 239.9 today! Down about 6 pounds. Taking my weight loss serious this go around. I am going to get down to 230. I haven't been 240 in over a year and I haven't been 230 in 4 years. And I was only 230 then because I got covid and lost 15 pounds.

Weighed in at 234 today. I like it. I feel better and look better. Down 12 pounds from a month ago. Been on a strict deficit of 2400 calories a day. Been waiting for the strength loss and it came a little today on the presses. However, it was doubles that were technically over bodyweight so it shouldn't feel exactly light. Deadlifts felt strong though. After my first set of 520 x 2 I had to get the screwdriver out and tighten up the inzer belt. It was pretty loose. Felt a lot better after I tightened it. Haven't had it at that setting in years. I'm not a fat ass anymore!
