Absolutely.
When I was 216lbs, I was using Clenbuterol, T3 and high doses of EQ/low dose Testosterone. My nose was bleeding every day, I would sleep less than 5 hours per night, and I was extremely weak (relatively speaking).
At 293lbs, day to day life was actually really difficult. I was winded walking up stairs and sweat profusely. I would also get horrible calf and lower back pumps just from moving around.
At 230lbs, I felt significantly better. My quality of life improved significantly, but I was so insecure about "not being big" or "not being ripped" that I rarely stayed at that weight for an extended period. From the ages of 23 to 38, I was constantly bulking and cutting and on a significant amount of steroids. I'm 41 now and injuries have caught up with me - I am currently in the process of cutting to 200lbs to take strain off of my lower back and joints.
