2:30 - 2 slices of stuff crust pizza, 2 fish oil caps, multi, 4000iu D
6 - 2 scoops whey, 4 fish oil caps
8 - Muscles, 10oz burger with stilton, potato-cheese french thing, 2 glasses white wine, 2 glasses red wine, blue cheese platter, double chocolate cake, apple pie and cheddar
11:30 - 2 drams of Balvinie 12 year single malt

I fucking love my bacon and eggs... I basically just adore bacon. I'm seriously contemplating a Bacon 5x5 this weekend if I have the time.

I'm pissed I don't have time for my bacon and eggs this morning.

They where fucking awesome. I didn't make them tho; they were take out. I can never seem to find beef back ribs at the butcher with any significant amount of meat on them.

Looks like your weight is staying pretty stable.

Ya, I'm trying to aim for maintenance without sweating about it too much. I've been eating close to 3000 cals a day with 200+ grams of teh protein. All my lifts are going up so I'm happy.

I expect to gain a bit of weight this week due to creatine.
