- 1 scoop whey, 5g creatine, 3 fish oil, 5000iu D, 500mg C, multi
- 3 fried eggs in butter and olive oil, 2 slices WW toast
- 1 scoop whey, 5g creatine
- 1 cup organic whole milk
- Pork Ruben
- Sushi ( 2 red dragon rolls, ninja roll, spicy tuna roll, spicy tuna sashimi, 1/2 order chicken terikyaki with rice)

- 2 Ruben sandwiches
- 2 peices cheese + jallapeno corn bread, chips, meat balls
- 5 slics 'Bacon 5x5' 4 slices bread, 12 beers, cupcake
 
Lol, I'm getting sick of them, I have to find other ways to get my meat down (appropriate use for 'no homo'?)

Easy quick recipe using ground beef:

What you need:
- lean ground beef
- vegetables
- spices
- sauce

1) Cut up any veggies you want to include (I normally use onion, garlic, green pepper, mushrooms, and spinach)

2) Fry your ground beef draining excess fat, add in your spices (I normally use paprikia, chili powder, and some seasonal salt)

3) Remove beef, and fry up your cut veggies.

4) Once those are fried, add the beef back in and throw on some sauce (I normally use a little bit of tomato sauce, and a little bit of ketchup ... just enough to make it look kinda sloppy)

Taste good on bread, rice, or by itself.
 
Thanks for the recipe Vision... Thats usually how I treat my ground beef for taco salads. I need some variety because lately I've been getting sick of eating the same foods.
