1pm - 1 scoop whey PWO
2:15 - ground beef hash with lots of ketchup: 200g extra lean ground beef, onion, green pepper, 1.5 cups of par boiled potatoes
4:30 - sauted spinach, 2 pork sausages cooked in homemade tomato sauce, 1 sausage bun.
5 - 3oz chicken, ranch, brocoli
10:30 - Wendy's quad stacker, no cheese
