4:30 - sauted spinach, 2 pork sausages cooked in homemade tomato sauce, 1 sausage bun.
5 - 3oz chicken, ranch, brocoli
10:30 - Wendy's quad stacker, no cheese

Totaled to 3000 cals, give or take, which was about 500 more than I usually eat in order to try and speed recovery of my injured hip flexor. Fat totaled 150g+ hoping that along with 11 hours of sleep will further aid in recovery.

I seem to be steadily losing weight at 2500 give or take cals with 230+ grams of protein. Weight loss is not my goal, strength gain is. Im going to continue with 2500 until my strength gains slow, then I will bump it up since I do have some BF to lose.
