on that subject. Benjamin Franklin hated the bald eagle. lol

“For my own part I wish the Bald Eagle had not been chosen the Representative of our Country. He is a Bird of bad moral Character. He does not get his Living honestly. You may have seen him perched on some dead Tree near the River, where, too lazy to fish for himself, he watches the Labour of the Fishing Hawk; and when that diligent Bird has at length taken a Fish, and is bearing it to his Nest for the Support of his Mate and young Ones, the Bald Eagle pursues him and takes it from him.

With all this injustice, he is never in good case but like those among men who live by sharping & robbing he is generally poor and often very lousy. Besides he is a rank coward: The little King Bird not bigger than a Sparrow attacks him boldly and drives him out of the district. He is therefore by no means a proper emblem for the brave and honest Cincinnati of America who have driven all the King birds from our country…

“I am on this account not displeased that the Figure is not known as a Bald Eagle, but looks more like a Turkey. For the Truth the Turkey is in Comparison a much more respectable Bird, and withal a true original Native of America… He is besides, though a little vain & silly, a Bird of Courage, and would not hesitate to attack a Grenadier of the British Guards who should presume to invade his Farm Yard with a red Coat on.”

Love that last line lol

The bald eagle is actually a perfect description of America and capitalism. Stealing from what others have earned. lol.

Watching MSNBC. Talking about our motto. out of many- one. We are many who want to be one. Supposedly. Somebody once said God is the opposite. He is one who wants to be many. So do I.

They are talking about the national anthem. How all Americans should come together. Everyone should become one. No. I disagree. The person who kneels is one who wishes to be many. Many great men are. Be the change you want to see in the world. Socrates, Tolstoy, Gandhi etc.

I've always thought I could fall back on a punting career if I had to. NFL punter. I mean, how hard is it to kick a ball 40 yards?. lol. I know it is hard but it isn't some great feat. If the average athletic guy trained nothing but punting footballs for a few weeks he could play in the NFL.

But seriously, somebody should try this. How hard actually is punting after serious training? I will make a documentary on it. Like supersize me. I will have people go on a punting regiment and see how much they improve and could play in the NFL. Just think how much mma guys with good kicks could make in the nfl compared to the ufc. I could see Uriah Hall as a punter. Lots of guys. Wanderlei maybe even still too.

It's the height that matters. Punting a ball 40 yards while keeping it 30 yards in the air is where it's tricky

It's probably about as difficult as hitting a high, long drive (say, 320 yds+) down the center of the fairway reliably. Very few people can do that. Add the pressure of a bunch of monsters trying to tear your head off, a tremendous amount of noise, and high stakes for each attempt.

But even though I know that, I still somehow harbor the delusion that I could be a kicker. lol.

Show me your quadriceps make up, and I will determine the angle for you to properly apply the vector forces necessary to punt the football at optimal levels for an elite stage.... Also send pictures of your neck muscles...

Took me a minute to remember where that is from. Kid and Play. Loved those movies.

I like the style of Indian religions. It is just brighter and cooler. Like their gods have features of elephants. Elephants are cool. Wouldn't it be cool to live in a country with elephants? lol. Brighter colors too. People with blue skin. India had better material to work with in creating their religions. Better wildlife. Every animal in North America is a pussy except polar bears and a few others. I guess that's a good thing though. I hear out west they got poisonous insects/scorpions. And of course Australia with all their dangerous shit. The toughest animal in my zone may be a black bear. Toughest animal in NY state is a black bear. That is pathetic. We need to import some muscle.

Lmao bulleh, I’m Hawaiian. The most dangerous land animal we have is a wild hog, maybe bulls. Of course, we have all the dangerous ocean life like great whites and tiger sharks, stingrays, etc.

It is tougher to be a kick returner than kicker tho. Plus the NFL has made touching QBs and kickers a crime.

I recently watched a documentary on the NFL-CTE scandal. The NFL used the tobacco industry's playbook. Denying the science. Having their own specialists do research. How can a neurologist deny that concussions cause brain problems? lol. That smashing your head into things is bad for your brain. That shit used to be glorified. Big hits. Like greatest knockouts of the UFC dvd. Glorifying a guy getting his brain scrambled. You don't see the NFL making those highlights anymore.

I changed my avatar from Goldman to Alibaba cuz I sold Goldman and therefore they are payin me nuthin. A play on Lesnar.

"Frank Mir had a horseshoe up his ass. I told him that a year ago. I pulled it out of him and beat him over the head with it. [Now] I'm going to drink a Coors Light. That's right a Coors. Bud Light don't pay me nothing. I may even get on top of my wife tonight."

and kickers missing extra points. lol. shameful

I can't even imagine how long Brady is going to make his son kiss him deeply on the mouth after he loses in shame tonight.

I dont even follow football anymore but this guy has like 5 rings and a supermodel wife. I want him to lose. lol.

That fumble was delicious

I can remember when Daryl Green was the fastest guy in the NFL. It wasn't even a debate. Green was the fastest. Cornerback is my favorite position. Often your fastest guy. He is the one who has to shut down the biggest playmakers. They are often ex receivers.

I saw a punter in person and their legs are seriously crazy huge. It takes a lot of muscle to hit the ball that hard. Seems easy but definitely isn't/
