He's got that long lanky body and neck that's usually not the best base for taking heavy shots. That combined with the fact that he's perpetually off balance due to his odd movements, make him a prime target for brutal kos.

Its been a trade off as well though and I'm not sure for the better, at least against elite opponents like Anik were I think he lost a lot of his threat but still ultimately got finished.

I feel Arlovski was similar, yeah he cut down the KO loses when he became safer but he was still not watertight on defence and lacked the same threat as before.
