    Warm up
    Sparring (defense only) - 10+ rounds of only defense ... took a beating in a few of the rounds
    Tried to do some heavy bag work afterwards but I was exhausted

    Annoyed because I think I messed up my septum boxing. I've only done sparring twice but the inside of my nostrils are bulged out now and my breathing seems to have gotten more restricted.
