Watched the Mark Coleman finishes video. I think headbutting, grabbing the cage, knees/kicks to a downed opponent and 12-6 elbows should be allowed.

I know some dorks made a ruleset to be able to be commissioned and make the sport more professional looking but that time has passed.

There's already BKFC and Gamebred which are way more brutal fight organizations than the UFC.

yeah but then it just strips years out of the fighters lives and less importantly their longetivity in the field.
