This is not the lecture I was referring to, he better explained it in another talk, but I can't figure out which one.

In any case, he touches on Oedipus, but he also argues that these radical ideologies are a window to matriarchal societies, citing that there is a thing as too much empathy, and that a mother's maternal instincts are often irrational by design in that they don't discriminate between actual enemies and perceived enemies when she feels her offspring are in danger.

Wildly off topic, but have you been watching the story of Senator Don Meredith? Even CBC is rolling their eyes at him and his attorney playing the race card. This is actually quite hilarious.

I recall him talking about it in other lectures as well, several times. I think it's certainly valid as one aspect of behavior we can see coming out of the postmodernist/neomarxist/cultural marxist camp adherents.

No I don't know anything about what's going on with Don Mededith. I cringe every time I consider clicking on the CBC.. hah

I watch CBC everyday just to see where they're coming from. This story is particularly entertaining. We have a Senator who is a Christian (strike 1), a Conservative (strike 2), and a person who while in office had sexual relationships with a teenager (strike 3). On the other hand, he's black and is playing the race card (ball 4 and a walk?)

It's amusing to me to see these guys try to figure out the privilege hierarchy.

Oh yeah, I can relate. I do enjoy watching progressives trying to untangle their doublethink and apply a broken schema to the world without fainting.

They eventually did. It's just too hard to give a speech with bullhorns, whistles, and mindless SJW chanting. And as per usual, the college faculty plays indifference while secretly appeasing(cheering on) the students.

Did you see that in today's news your "anti-PC savior" blamed Fox News for tricking him into believing that Obama had wire tapped Trump tower, is big upping a healthcare bill that is universally hated by the public, and released a budget that strips funding from all climate initiatives?

No security guards to escort the disruptive people out? If they disagree, that's cool. But if they're not there to listen and are only there to keep interrupting the speaker and ruining things for those who did go there to listen to him, they should be forced to leave.

I don't know why they let these disruptions continue. I wonder what would happen if you did this in a regular College lecture?
