Squat 545x2 5 or 10 lb PB. Vid later.
358 comp. bench, +16 pr.
Weighed in at 182

Nice work, what did they red your final deadlift for? It looked pretty good from the front.

Hit the 275 on the front squat. Previous best was last year at 265.
Hit 345 on the squat, which is 10lbs on my best ever. I've been asked in the past few weeks where I think my squat is. I say it's around 355-360. This let's me know I'm not wrong. 345 after a heavy 4x8 front squat day felt good.

I don't think I have ever hit 235 Bench in the gym before. Did it in comp
I'd like to press 315 some day, but it's hard to balance and prioritize pressing when I also want to improve my shitty bench. I also only ever get to press the day after benching, as that's the only place it really fits in my current training schedule.
