The PR Thread V

Been after 150 for a long time now. After a couple of years and a bunch of injuries, finally there:

 


no I didn't do this today or even this week. meet is next week. hoping to get this or more
 
Meet results:
Need to practice commands
Missed some easy lifts

475 easy squat no wraps
375 bench, missed the commands on 400 but smoked it
605 deadlift second attempt, pulled my hamstring doing it. No third attempt
1455 total. First place for the classic men's 242. Weighed in at 238 in khakis, belt, and dress shirt.

Not a terrible showing, but missed my bench and squat goals
 
130kg / 286lb close grip (and in fact any type of bench) lifetime PR:

 
bench 1RM 305 pounds, lifetime PR at bodyweight 184.5
 
125kg / 275lbs x2 (x2 sets, second shown).
 
415 squat... lifetime PR at bodyweight 184.5
