Squat 585x1 - 20lb PB
Bench 320x1 - 5lb PB
Three PRs this morning including my first squat PR in over 2 years.
107 kg muscle snatch, 258 kg squat, 288 kg deadlift.
595x3 deficit deads PR.
Squat 165x20 beltless.
Kinda ugly but there's one of my three marks i set. max bench and squat next week. I'll be doing my first meet in January, gym makes us do 2 a year and I've dodged it until now.
GOAL: 400 bench, 500 squat and 600 dead lift.
Current max 370 bench (paused), 475 squat, and now 605 deadlift
That'll get my name on the whiteboard twice for our raw amateurs (600 is up there now, hence the 605 pull)

Seated dumbell press 70 x 4. A few weeks ago couldn't budge them.
152/188 for a 340 total, which is 2/6 and 8 kg competition PRs. Misses at 157/195.
You're a beast Jake. It'll probably take me all year just to get my front squat up to 200lbs
120kg Close Grip Bench PR. Previous max was 110kg, did 115kg, and then 120kg. 120kg is also a lifetime bench PR of any variation by 2.5kg.
122.5kg bench PR. Lifetime PR. So close to teh 275.
202 kg clean & jerk and a 361 PR total .
180kg low bar squat & 125kg bench. Video crapped out on the 180kg.
440x4 squat. Belt only
I can't tell if you're ribbing. Didn't you squat well over 5?
