Saudi Arabia basically admitting that its going to be their new policy to fund terrorism inside Iran and that gunning down a parade isnt really terrorism because some soldiers got killed.

I think you are mistaken.

The wholesale slaughter of civilians in Yemen. 9/11. World no 1 sponsor of terrorism. All cool because the Saudis are friends.
Iran sponsoring local groups in the shia/Sunni conflict is the real terrorism here.
