Sherbros I need your advice...

Your English is near perfect but not good enough to have joined discussions within the 5 years that you registered here.

Seek help in your country. In Bosnia someone rich will always pay for someone poor's surgery.

Go public in your country. Ask the red cross, Churches ect.

I wish any mother he has such a condition to get the help they need and Mercy from God. May God guide communities to do right and help where its due.
I guess my english is improved over the years and I can talk with more confidence now (with double checking in some translators) but I'm still making some basic grammar mistakes. Sometimes you don't really know how good you're in something w/o view from the side (if you're native speaker and you're genuinely w/o being sarcastic telling me that) Thank you!

I've already tried and sent some emails in some certain organisations but didn't get any responses. In this country people care about something only if their have their own interest that's how it goes. Level of corruption in post-soviet countries through the roof and it became normal throughout the years. Go public.. and ask who.. people outside? Sorry I'm not ready to do that.. Churches and mosques won't help me anyhow. Trust me I know what I'm talking about..

I started gfm with help of some decent trustworthy person. But the problem is your fundraising page raises any funds only when you either have a strong promotion (some well known media persons shares your link) and you promoting everywhere either you have a lot family members/friends and all that to get strong start and momentum going. So my friend helped me to create that Gfm page few days ago but because of how their algorithms work there's noone who donated anything to unknown to them person I guess or you have to be from Palestine/Israel or Ukraine that's helps a lot nowadays.

Then share the go fund me on here

I can't do that cuz It's against the rules and I will get banned
I've been talking with one of the moderators clarifying the rules and he told me third-party links is not allowed and it's understandable cuz it's mma forum not > help to solve someone's problems forum. Noone owes me nothing. It's hard earning money for the most people. But I was just thinking out loud wouldn't it be cool if some people will send to other people in need some amount of sum which wouldn't affect on their budget at all but would make a huge difference in life-threatening situations of other struggling people. I know there fundraising sources like gfm but only who has a big number of family/bunch of friends or has huge promotion on social media because some well-known people/celebrities decided to share their links able to reach their goal otherwise you won't get anything.

I once video called some guy of instagram who was also telling me if I wanna get rich to send him money ect, the usual crypto bleh route. Usually they never pick up this guy actually did and he was not the pretty white female in his picture but some kids in an african village. I had a laugh with them and wished them a blessed life. Folks trying to get by.

Looking online, Kazakhstan has universal healthcare. The constitution of 1995 perpetuated the Soviet-era guarantee of free basic healthcare. There has been a public health fund since 2017 and a mandatory healthcare insurance system since 2020.

WHO states:
Citizens and permanent residents of Kazakhstan have access to two packages of medical care: the State- Guaranteed Basic Package, which is financed by the state budget, and the Social Health Insurance package (WHO, 2019d). The Social Health Insurance Fund is the single public purchaser for both packages of services. Services covered in the State-Guaranteed Basic Package include emergency care and transport; primary care; specialist outpatient care for acute conditions, tuberculosis (TB), and HIV, noncommunicable diseases and contagious diseases; day care for specific diseases; inpatient care for contagious diseases and specific diseases listed by the Ministry of Health; and rehabilitation and palliative care for specific diseases. Services covered in the social health insurance package include specialist outpatient care, day care and inpatient care for a broader variety of diseases and conditions.

Deadly heart condition definitely fits the bill of acute condition requiring specialist care. 80% of the population is covered by this public insurance, and the remaining 20% are young people / students not registered as either employees or unemployed. The WHO goes on to detail that most of the out-of-pocket costs consist of pharmaceuticals and dental care. Nothing about life-saving surgery requiring large out-of-pocket expenses. That's not how universal healthcare works.

So I'm confused. You make it sound like you're all alone in this difficult situation but there's no way the state doctors wouldn't have laid out some sort of treatment plan. It's literally in the constitution that they have to do something. You could maybe make the argument that waiting lists are long or the doctors aren't very good, but I don't see how the specific scenario you laid out makes sense.

I don't quite understand everything what you're saying because of my limited english and medical terms. But I wanna point out from what I understood so far. So.. about mandatory health insurance. We don't have one.. It's mandatory in words and I don't know the exact stats but a lot of people out here in KZ don't have that insurance. And if we even had here's a screen (unfortunately for now I didn't find it in english but I'll look up later) so it's in russian. It's a list of services you can get free if you have that mandatory health insurance.
ОСМС (means Mandatory Health Insurance) Includes:
-preventive medical examinations
-acceptance and consultation by specialists of narrow profile
-dynamic observation of people with chronic diseases by profile specialists
-rendering the emergency and planned dental help to special categories of the population
-diagnostic services, including laboratory diagnostics (UltraSound/X-Ray/MRI)
-medical rehabilitation
-provision of medicines

So mostly it's observations/consultations/diagnostics

To be honest I don't think they will. Cuz I've already tried to reach someone. They don't really care unless it's in their interest. My anxiety and depression mostly related to my mom's current condition. And me not being able to help her before it's too late that's what annoys me the most.
Can you drive out to Nazarbayev. Check the hospital near the university.

You mean this? (on the link) It's in another city.. I can get there by taxi cuz it's nearby city where I was working when my mom had a heart attack and I had to comeback to my hometown. I don't have a car cuz If I had one I would already sell it. But it would be reasonable to call them first (UMC). I already went in some local hospitals and called around to some different hospitals in my city but without any result. Yeah I think in one of the two our big cities (Almaty and Astana) I have more chances to get any type of help than in my hometown. I'll call them tomorrow cuz it's too late now or I'll try to reach out via email. Thank you for trying to help me... Appreciate it.

I don't know where you found this stats. I highly doubt it's true. But even if it is. I think it's correlates to a constant betting at a distance. Sorry for my english I hope you understood what I meant. I didn't want to bet without carefully choosing fight or two fights in parlay and beforehand discussing/asking sherbetting bros advices (from betting section or from ufc discussion section) I know there's no locks and fights with guaranteed outcomes but I'm still considering doing that. I don't mean to be a sarcastic but If you're such a smart guy can you tell me what's the right thing to do in my situation?
I don't know your situation well enough to give any advice about making money and I am not a smart guy, but I can tell you that taking a big loan to bet with on mma matches is not a smart thing.

Yeah.. I agree on that.. considering that I'm not really even a betting person. But I've always been good with predictions and breaking down certain fights when someone was asking my opinion. So I thought maybe I'll be able to after taking a loan tryna double that money and immediately pay off that loan and help my mother as soon as possible. It's just desperate do or die kinda move but it might work out. I wanna get out of this situation so bad..

@flequin Sorry for your situation. Looks like your mom needs a good doctor. They need to diagnose her condition. Migraines are a common problem and they can be cured with proper medicine. They need to do an MRI of her brain to see what's causing them. Wish you all the best and may your mom recover soon.

Thank you for caring and your wishes.. Sorry for late response.. just noticed. Migraines are really annoying but it's not a main problem. Main issue is her heart condition. She needs heart surgery > Prosthetic Heart Valves (Mitral and Aortic) + Bypass Grafting (CABG) After examination and consulting with cardiac-surgeon I found out about those surgeries (didn't know nothing about them before that) and he told me sooner it is done, the better it will be because you can't really predicts these things.. On top of that due to heart failure she has persistent dry cough which affects her overall health.Today my mom's birthday and I wish I'd tell her some good news. For the last few months I'm saving as much as I can but I'm so far from reaching my goal.. I'm even willing to take biggest loans as banks would approve me. But all that still wouldn't be enough.. And that's really disappoints me and kills me mentally. In the last few months my anxious and depressed existence turned into living hell. 2024 year will be a good year.. to get rid of everything once and for all. It's just became unbearable at this point.
