They dethroned two dominant champions in epic fashion.

It's kinda weird when you think about it. They were both in the right place at the right time to dethrone those dominate champs, but subsequently where in the wrong place at the wrong time when both Aldo and Cruz were surging up the rankings. Albeit Brown at least got some title defenses in before the inevitable Storm that was Aldo.
