Nutritional Sodomy

That shake sounds nice! :) I'd maybe skip on the egg though, I love eggs but I'm a puss when it comes to eating/drinking those things raw!

The egg is what deepens the flavor, it's awesome in that shake. I promise you will jizz in your pants at LEAST once drinking it...

Breakfast:

4 pastured eggs
2oz kerrygold aged cheddar

I wasn't so far off track, in as far as the main idea of my track is to avoid sugary treats at all costs. I was WAY off in terms of nutrition, but I got plenty of protein.

And fine Belgian beer is an exception to all rules. Duvel FTMFW :icon_twis

5/3

Training: Recovery from the weekend.

Breakfast:

3 pastured eggs
1 oz raw amish cheddar
1 dash montreal

Cooked in 1 tablespoon ghee.

~4g carlsons fish oil

Lunch:

1/4 lb grass fed 75% lean beef burger, pan fried with 1oz grated raw amish cheddar melted on top, all on a salad of pinach, a few dried strawberries, some macadamia nuts, and 2 sliced campari tomatos.

Dinner:

Went to a friends house for dinner, and they ended up making EXACTLY what I had above, except instead of dried strawberries and nuts they had carrots on the salads and the cheese wasn't raw amish cheddar.

Had 2 Sam Adams after dinner while chatting.

Scrambled in 1 tablespoon grass fed ghee and covered in ~3/4C organic medium salsa

1 low carb monster at the office with a huge fistful of cashews.

Lunch:

1 small cup lobster bisque and a chorizo club sandwich.

1 allagash white draft and half a dozen buffalo wings, not breaded.

An event worthy of entry into a diet log:

I just steeled myself against my inner demons and growled internally as I tore myself away from the gravitational pull thrown off by a large display of those round flat, firm-yet-moist ginger cookies with the hard white icing on top...

Any fellow former (or current) fatties like myself will know exactly the cookies I'm talking about, with the crisp red plastic package, and how immediately upon sight of them my mind was filled instantly with year after year of pleasant memories, stretching all the way back to childhood, biting into them, the taste and aroma playing through my senses like a happy ending from a skilled Korean masseuse...

This is why I avoid grocery stores at all costs, it's like sending a priest to a playground.

But I triumphed, and was able to push back the sugar demon.

Training: Run.

Breakfast:

~1C 0% fat greek yogurt
~1C unsweetened vanilla almond milk
3 raw pastured eggs
1 banana
dash cinnamon
squirt vanilla extract

Swilled ~4g carlsons fish oil.

1 low carb monster at the office.

Lunch:

1/4lb 75% lean grass fed beef burger, pan fried, topped with 1oz raw milk amish cheddar. That, on a salad of fresh spinach, campari tomatoes, some macadamia nuts, and some dried strawberries.

Training: JJJ

Dinner:

4oz (about 8 of them, decent size) wild caught florida shrimp fried in kerrygold herb butter.
1 relatively small pile of pistachio's mixed with dried currants.

Shrimp were raw, wild caught. Slit the shell and fried in butter like a chef I know recommended, and I'll never do it again. Peeling the shrimp after frying in butter is a pain in the ass of the highest order when you're starving, but each one tasted incredible.

Prepare your fat bastard jibes, apparently today is a spontaneous party day here at my office, much bad food and beer drinking will commence shortly...

This happens here from time to time, we're a small company and the owner/boss likes to splurge on his peeps.

I'll have to behave over the weekend to compensate for this, or not, and just train harder at the dojo tomorrow and lift heavier on sunday... Hmm, I wonder what I'll choose.

I'll be crying alone in the closet later, rocking back and forth, shamed.
