My eating log

0730- Omelette with everything, bacon, hashbrowns x2. Reduced fat milk x2, Cocoa Puffs, Bagel.

1140- Rice, beans, chicken, salad. Low fat milk x2, iced tea, krave cereal. Strawberry yogurt, peanut butter cup.

1645- Juice, beef stew, lettuce.

Fast lasted about 40 hours. Felt utterly awful and on edge. Hmm, I find this interesting. This didn't happen to me the last times I've done these types of fasts as far as I recall.
 
0940- Bacon, eggs, and a pancake. 24 oz of watery whey shake. Birthday cake whey.

1225- Salad, carrots, pork adobo, potatoes. 2 glasses of juice, and strawberries.

1640- Soup, strawberries. Some chocolate and Cheetios.

2125- Sweet tea. Mashed potatoes, turkey nuggets, collard greens, tempura vegetables.
 
1245- Refried beans, beef enchiladas, lettuce, noodles and strawberries.

1800- Italian noodles, broccoli, garlic bread, and pretzels at the USO. They had a Star Wars themed night.

2020- Strongbow and fries.
 
1205- Rice, beef noodles, collard greens, salad. Milk x2, juice, rice krispy, lucky charms.

1700- Chocolate bunny and chips.

1840- Rice, turkey, lettuce. Juice, milk x2, frosted flakes.

2020- Mojito, tortilla chips, and quesadilla.
 
1055- Hor D'oeurves from retirement ceremony.

1135- Pork fried rice.

1725- Beef lasagna, lettuce. Watermelon, banana. Milk x2, frosted flakes.
 
1400- Frische flavored Ice Cream.

1425- Fries and a burger. Trappistes Rochefort beer. Chicken fingers and La Chinette Blonde.

1510- Stracciatella flavored ice cream.
 
1125- Scrambled eggs with everything. Bacon, sausage, hashbrown. Salad, milk x2, juice, mini wheats.

1815- Salad, collard greens, potato wedges, simmered beef. Milk x2, juice, mini wheats, and peach yogurt.

1915- 20 oz shake. Milk x2, water, scoop of strawberry whey.
 
1305- Milk x2, lettuce, potatoes, and chicken.

1745- Rice, meatballs, lettuce. Juice, milk x2, lucky charms.
 
1145- Sweet tea. Rice, egg rolls, chicken Canton style.

2055- Noodles, yakisoba, beans, lettuce. Whey shake with water, 20 oz. Rice Krispy.
 
1215- Turkey wrap, garlic bread, potato salad. Milk x2, yogurt, chips, juice. Honey nut cheerios.

1730-Rice, lettuce, pasta with ham chunks.

1955- Heinenken and tortilla chips.

2045- Screwdriver and fries.

1650- Pot roast, lettuce, mashed potatoes, and milk x2.

1205- Club sandwich, chicken soup, chips. Juice, milk x2. Strawberries and mini wheaties.

Weight at 1810- 146.5, and that was after running. I'm not happy with this as I'm pretty sure that this is the same weight I've been at for 2 weeks. Might go a bit more aggressively in running, might add 2 days of running, nothing too much as it will be a recovery day from the workout of the plan. Probably not going to clean up my diet or anything though.

1355- 20 oz shake. Water and birthday cake whey.

1645- Pepper steak, lettuce, potatoes. Apple juice mixed with sprite, strawberries.

1655- Pulled pork sandwich, cheese fries, and a 7 up.

1720- Funnel cake. Didn't finish it.
