1140- German spare ribs, salad, potato wedges, and Rot Punica drink.

1640- Rice, Sheppard's pie, cabbage. Milk x2, juice, cheerios, and strawberries.

2050- 15 oz milk, water, scoop of my whey. 21 oz made.
 
0855- Yogurt drink, hacksteak and cheese sandwich. Fritos chips.

1220- Deli wrap, french onion soup, milk x2, Lucky charms.

1955- Fuzzy melon ball, carolina pulled pork sandwich.

2035- Duck fart shot.

Weight at 0650- 150.2. Hmm.

0900- Roast beef and cheese sandwich. Naked berry blast pure fruit smoothie, and lays stax chips.

1210- Soft shell tortilla an chili.

1730- Milk x2, juice. Go lean crunch, tortilla shells, and onion steak.

1825- Milk x2, water, scoop of whey. 22 oz made.

2040- Spiced lemon drops and Karmeliet Tripel.
 
1145- AFCEA lunch. Potatoes, salad, and chicken. Some soda as well.

1535- Venti orange mocha.

2130- Alabama Slammer and a Caesar Salad.

2210- Ginger Ale and Malibu Rum.

Slammer did a number on me. Felt buzzed at that.

Also, I am switching up my diet. Priorities change, so my diet will change as well. I'm going to go back to a 16/8 IF split for my diet, due to me being told to focus on my cardio by my supervisor after my poor performance at squadron pt.

I'm at 150 right now, and don't want too aggressive of a weight loss to lose the muscle I've put on.

I guess I'm officially in the cutting phase now.

Wasn't completely 16/8 today, but I'm getting back into things after going off it for a while. I felt fine. This should be simple to get back into without any adverse effects.

Weight at 1720- 151.5.

Okay, cutting time. I'm sure that I can get to 145lb before May. Let's put that as the first goalpost to reach.

1910- Water, scoop of chocolate designer whey, and 2 cartons of milk. 21 oz made.

2005- Milk x2, water, just under a scoop of whey, which I finished today. 21 oz made.
