This log will show everything I've eaten and drank. Background: Airman in the US Air Force. Doing Stronglifts currently and need to document my eating along with my lifting. Goals: Get stronger and pack on some muscle. Stats: Weight is 140lb. Height is 66 inches. Plan on being 155 or 160ish around the beginning of May.
