This log will show everything I've eaten and drank.

Background: Airman in the US Air Force. Doing Stronglifts currently and need to document my eating along with my lifting.

Goals: Get stronger and pack on some muscle.

Stats: Weight is 140lb. Height is 66 inches.

Plan on being 155 or 160ish around the beginning of May. When my Stronglift cycle ends, I'll re-evaluate my goals in regards to my diet and workout plan.

So, um, yeah, lets get started.

0655- 1 slice of wheat bread, two sausages, one hashbrown. Scrambled eggs with peppers, mushrooms, and cheese. Two cartons of whole milk and one honey toasted Kashi cereal.

1200-Rice, deli wrap, chips, one bag of chips, two cartons of whole milk, blueberry kashi, chicken wild rice and soup.

1520-Iced tea mixed with a little rum.

1715- Salad, mac and cheese, cabbage, beans, and chicken breast. Juice, two cartons of whole milk, and frosted flakes.

1840-10 oz of water and 10 oz of whole milk mixed with a scoop of Chocolate designer whey.
 
0740-Juice, milk x 2. Fruit loops, 2 eggs, one hashbrown, bacon, raisin bread x 2

1200-Turkey caesar wrap, chicken soup, apple jacks, chips, rice krispy, and apple pie. Juice and milk x 2

1520-Green tea pocky.

1615- Small green tea kit kat.

1855- Mashed potatoes, lima beans, spaghetti with meat, milk x 2

1920-Green tea kit kat.

1950-Maximus Pandora beer.

2015- Last of the rum in the fridge with half and half iced tea/lemonade. Green tea kit kat, again.
 
0745- Fruit loops, one hashbornw, two sausages, bread, scrambled eggs with peppers, onions, spinach, and mushrooms. Milk x 2.

1100- 4 Green Tea kit kats.

1145- Juice x 2, milk x 2. Chips, rice krispy, yogurt. Kashi honey heart to heart, potatoes, and a deli wrap.

1520- 2 packs of pocky sticks.

1720- Sheppard's pie, meatloaf, lettuce, smart start cereal, and milk x 2

1820- 16 oz milk, 4 oz water, and 1 scoop of whey put in a shake.

Damn, too many people lining up for the Deadpool movie. I'll have to see it another time.
 
"Documentation" without quantification is useless, especially if you're a person whose default homeostasis isnt conducive to his goals. Start counting your calories, son - they might not be as high as you think.

Today:
0740- Raisin bread x 2, bacon, hashbrown, scrambled eggs with peppers and mushrooms. Milk x 2, Kashi go lean, and a cup of french vanilla.

1105- Green tea kit kats x 2

1155- Egg salad wrap, chips, rice krispy, yogurt, milk x 2, juice, and lucky charms.

1520- 2 pack of pocky sticks.

1705- Orange juice and some vodka.

1820- Milk x 2, juice, cheerios, chips, rice, potatoes, salad, and pork chop x 2.
 
Start reading the shit written on food packaging and use a scale. For everything else use nutritiondata.self.com. Educate yourself.

I'd do that, but since I'm in the military and on a meal card, I cannot do that. I go to the DFAC for most of my food.

I used myfitnesspal but since they didn't have everything of exactly how I ate, the numbers might be a bit off.

1140- Milk x2, Krave, Juice, Rice Krispy bar. Salad, sausage x 2, scrambled eggs with everything, hashbrowns x 2

1330- 22 oz. 2 cartons of milk, water, and 1 scoop of whey.

1500- Eggnog and some vodka with chips.

1650- Roast beef with cheese sandwich and juice.

1840-Rice, pork chop x 2, juice, Cocoa Krispies, salad, and milk x 2

2040- Rice krispy and chips.
 
1000-Juice, milk x 2. Salad, Special K Red Berries cereal. Scrambled eggs with everything, sausages x 2, hashbrowns x 2

1310-6 packs of pocky sticks.

1550- Little bit of vodka.

1755- Salad, mashed potatoes, bbq chicken. Yogurt, chips,and rice krispy bar. Milk x 2, frosted mini wheaties, and a peanut butter cup.

According to myfitnesspal, I ate 3553 calories today.

1840- Salad, rice, chicken, lucky charms, Reduced milk carton x 2

1215- Juice, milk x 2. Rice Krispy bar, watermelon cubes, Cheerios, Mashed potatoes and gravy, turkey wrap.

Weight at 1805-142

1820- Salad, beans, curry rice, chili mac. Milk x 2, juice, frosted flakes, and chips.

1915- 2 reduced fat milk cartons, 4 oz of water, and 1 scoop of whey. 22 oz of shake.

Hmm, my weight has increased by two pounds this week. Not too drastic. This is good. Next week at this time, I should be around 144/145.

2100- Strongbow with cinnamon fireball and bbq boneless chicken wings.

2130- Dream ipa and tokyo tea. Cake, salad, chicken and potatoes for the award banquet.
 
1040- Started a bag of Kasugai peanuts with you.

1210- Scrambled eggs with everything, hashbrowns x2, and a piece of chicken. Salad, cheerios, milk x 2, and juice.

1245- Rice krispy bar.

1300- 2 cartons of milk/15 oz, 1 scoop of whey, and water. 23 oz shake made.

1850- Salad, swiss steak, corn, potatoes, and Mini-wheats cereal. Juice, milk x2.

Damn, don't know why I am feeling so tired at 2030

Weight at 1810-146.5. Increase of 4 pounds over the course of a week.
