My eating log

1240-Turkey sandwich, potato soup. Milk x2, honey nut cheerios, yogurt.

1730- Chili mac, mashed potatoes, and milk x2.

2020- Milk x2, water, scoop of strawberry hey. 24 oz made.
 
1235- Almond roca, giant loaf of italian bread, cubes and meatballs from Commissary. Didn't finish loaf of bread.

2000- Big Caesar Salad with steak and purple drink.

2050- Maximus Pandora and Fries.
 
1315-Egg salad sandwich and meatballs. Strawberries after.

1725- Apple juice mixed with sprite. Reduced fat milk x2, mini wheats. Strawberries, turkey, and lettuce.

1810- Milk x2, water, scoop of whey. 23 oz made.
 
Yesterday into this morning/today.

1300- Roast beef wrap, special k red berries cereal. Milk x2, chips.

1720- Rice, lettuce, pork loins. Milk x2, krave cereal, Klover yogurt.

2230- Pregamed for the club. Two homemade tequila sunrises, absinthe shot, tequila shot.

0100- Rum and Sprite. Orange juice and rum.

0340- Burger.

Fasting to compensate for this I guess.
 
2355 to 0015- Pork parmesan, scrambled eggs with everything. Milk x2, mini wheats, sweet tea with vodka.
 
1555- Sprite and malibu rum. Fries, the Shaun(Jameson, Guinness, and Coke), and tortilla chips. Still not a fan of Guinness.

1825- Orange juice, milk x2, yogurt, and lucky charms.
 
1205- Chicken, salad, potatoes. Milk x2, honey nut cheerios.

1650- 22 oz shake. Milk x2, water, birthday cake whey.

Weight at 1730- 149.0

1815- Rice, meatballs, lettuce. Juice, milk x2, mini wheats.

Dropped 1 pound from last week. Ok, good, slow and steady progress.
 
1220- Rice, mashed potatoes. Roast beef wrap, milk x2, french vanilla, lucky charms.

1715- Yakisoba beef noodles, cabbage. Milk x2, cheerios.
 
1220- Potato cubes, deli wrap, milk x2, froot loops.

1740- Mini wheats, milk x2, juice. Mashed potatoes, vegan pasta, lettuce, and yogurt.

1950- Amaretto jack, blender basket.

2040- Craftwek Tangerine Dream.
 
1420- Egg salad wrap, milk x2, strawberries, chips.

1800- Spaghetti, meatballs, carrots, and bread.
 
1210- Egg salad sandwich, milk x2, chips, rice krispy.


1645-24 oz shake. Milk x3, water, birthday cake whey.

17450 Mik x2.

0000- Some pizza, some jagermsister, some Sailor Jerry Rum, and Coca Cola. All in some combination or another. Jager and Rum mix, no thanks.
 
1420- Currywurst mit brotchen. Large Pommes Frites, Hefe Weizen Franzishaner. Wasser mit gas, mint schanpps(dunno what it was, but it was on the house.)

2105- Wine tasting. Juice, 13 different wines to taste, and a cream shot. Had bread, potatoes, and pork I believe as a meal. I seem to be a drink wine person. Auslese wine, Kerner and Riesling, tasted awesome. Everything else was meh. Drank from the king's cup as well( the bottle that people poured their unwanted wine in, I drank.) Yeah, felt slightly awful after.
 
1705- Milk x2, juice. Watermelon, honey nut cheerios, salad, rice, mashed potatoes, and steak. Nice juicy steak :)

1915- Sweet tea and vodka.
 
1220- Beef stew, mashed potatoes, carrots, and lettuce.

1500- Espresso shot.

1840- Mashed potatoes, lima beans, turkey. Reduced milk x2, yogurt, juice, and fruit loops.
 
0805- Medium White Chocolate Mocha.

1215- Food from the USO. Some marshmellows, rice krispy, chips, biscutti.

1235- Egg salad sandwich, chicken noodle soup. Reduced milk x2, strawberries.

Weight at 1825- 146.4

2035- 22 oz shake. Strawberry whey, reduced milk x2, water. Potatoes, chicken and lettuce.

2100- Strawberries.

Making slow and steady progress regarding weight. Seems good, though the low number could be because I didn't eat dinner at this point. I'll try to check my weight tomorrow morning.
 
1205- Milk x2, juice. Chips, mini wheats. Jerk chicken, cabbage, mashed potatoes.

1700- USO food. Chocolate and the dinner they served included beans, mashed potatoes, chicken, and some type of vegetable.

2005- Blue margarita and tortilla chips.

2050- Shirley temple.
 
0740- Burrito with potatoes, eggs, cheese, and sausage.

2135- 24 oz shake. Milk x2, water, whey. Lettuce, beans, potatoes, and pepper steak.

1115- Burger and chips from spar.

1730- USO chocolates, chips, and soda.

2230- Sprite and vodka. Chips and salsa. Egg nog and vodka.
 
1215- Rice, hashbrown, bacon, lettuce. Milk x2, juice, lucky charms.

1530- 6 oz sandwich and leffe blonde.

Trying close to a 48 hour fast again. Haven't done one in, a few months I believe.
 
Sticking true to my fast.

At the time of this writing, about 2155, it has been about 30 hours. Mentally agonizing, going to go to bed soon. Holding out until about lunch tomorrow, 1200.
