I don't compete in anything anymore. I'm old and broke down. Bodyweight for me bounces between 220-240 during the year and I'd say I'm in the middle of that right now.
Split squats suck completely but I need to do some unilateral work which I've neglected. And of course I didn't do any today.

Was gonna Deadlift today and found the gym had picked up a pair of new bars. A Rogue power bar and a rogue Deadlift bar. They do feel differently than the old Ivanka clones we had.
