Definitely pinched my siatic again yesterday. Should of skipped tonight.
 
That sucks. Hope it settles down quickly for you.
 
It comes and goes. The gap for the nerve is smaller than it should be and there's some stenosis in there. Both my sister and father required surgery for theirs. Today in the am I put in some miles on the KATY and managed to throw some Deadlift at it tonight.
