Last year on NYE I benched 225x16 . I'm behind that a bit at this point. Did manage to move my squat and Bench Up a hair and hold ground on deads through a year that sucked for lifting.
Hit my 2017 NYE goal a day or so.late. 17(for 2017).reps.at.225 at a bodyweight of almost 240. Gonna need to keep the weights moving and take my own back down towards 100kg.
