Last year on NYE I benched 225x16 . I'm behind that a bit at this point. Did manage to move my squat and Bench Up a hair and hold ground on deads through a year that sucked for lifting.

Hit my 2017 NYE goal a day or so.late. 17(for 2017).reps.at.225 at a bodyweight of almost 240. Gonna need to keep the weights moving and take my own back down towards 100kg.
 
I'm curious how long it would take me.to prep.for 225x20. 17 was about all I had 20 is reaching pretty deep
