Michigan: Police officer stabbed at airport. Airport evacuated. [Allahu Akbar] [breaking]

A police officer has reportedly been stabbed at an airport in Flint, Michigan.

The incident happened at Bishop International Airport Wednesday morning.

The airport posted on its Facebook page that an airport officer was injured, but that no passengers had been harmed. The airport has been evacuated. Local media reports that police do have a person in custody.

Michigan State Police and Flint Township police are on scene investigating.


The injured officer is in critical condition according to state police, and the airport will remain closed until further notice. The identity of the officer has not been released.

The FBI will be leading the investigation.
